Poole update #4

We now have an itinerary for the day from Bournemouth MVC's Secretary, Brian Miles.

Brian reminds everyone in his accompanying letter that there are limitations on how many can be on the stage simultaneously, so it's important that the numbers we supply him with are as accurate as they can be; as I mentioned at rehearsal, we will need to provide a breakdown by part so that the seats can be labelled up correctly. Make sure you've signed up by now - empty spaces on the concert list are not acceptable!
